Motorcycle Parts Sales Associate I (Part Time / Full Time)


Purpose:

  • Communicate to customer on service status and parts request.
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and trust.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
What you will be doing:
  • Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers so they can have a great service experience.
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
  • Determine motorcycle needs based on customer information, visual inspections, and produce accurate purchase orders including cost and time estimates.
  • Use a consultative selling process by contacting customer to scheduling service work and providing recommended maintenance.
  • Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
  • Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
  • Regularly solicits sale of feature, cross-sell, and up-sell products to customers including updating customers with new promotions and monthly ads on company website, social media, and email.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
  • Receive and process customer payments, purchase orders, scheduling and inventory maintenance.
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally in-person, social media, via telephone, as well as e-mail, mail and fax.
  • High School Diploma or motorcycle equivalent / college student studying in this field.
  • 2+ years related motorcycle / parts sales / service experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience required OR is attending mechanic trade school (is near completion to receive certification).
  • Computer (PC) experience is required: Quickbooks, MS office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet & social media knowledge is required.
  • Effective verbal, listening, & written required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (required).
  • Prior sales experience with proof of achievements (preferred within the automotive/motorcycle industry

Motorcycle Mechanic I


Revtek Speed and Tuning - Waipio, HI Revtek is currently seeking an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician. Candidate must be able to repair and maintain all types of brand motorcycles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality & service.
No RELOCATION assistance. Local candidates preferred. Must be able to come in for an in-person interview and testing Required License & Knowledge:

  • Mechanic License
  • Valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement.
  • Possess own tools
Skills required:

Purpose:

  • Ability to negotiate and drive sales product to B2B (business to business) segments within Hawaiian Island.
  • Provide superior customer service and knowledge of the product.
  • Ability to close contract deals with dealerships and small business.
  • Drive business segment and develop regional sales goals.
What you will be doing:
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
  • Building new wholesale business relationships within Hawaii retailer and dealerships.
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, preparing contracts, estimates and presentations.
